This cookie policy covers audit365.nl, the Audit 365 service by Emerald Elephant Solutions BV. It describes which cookies this site places on your device and why. Other websites run by Emerald Elephant Solutions BV have their own cookie policy; theirs does not apply here, and this one does not apply there.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. On the next page, or your next visit, the site reads that file back. That is how it can remember you are signed in without asking for your password on every page.
Why we use cookies
Only to make the service work. Without these cookies you cannot sign in and we cannot protect forms against abuse. We use no cookies to track you, build a profile of you, or show advertisements.
The cookies we place
This is the complete list. The session cookie takes its name from the name of the service, so it may look slightly different on another environment.

Third-party cookies
We place none. There is no analytics package on this site, no advertising network and no social media button. Every cookie above is our own and never leaves our own servers.
Why you see no cookie notice
Cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for do not require consent (article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act). Every cookie above falls under that. Since we place nothing else, there is nothing to ask consent for — and so no reason to put a cookie banner in your way.
Refusing or deleting cookies
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; your browser's help explains how. Do bear in mind that signing in to audit365.nl will then no longer work: without a session cookie we cannot recognise you on the page after you sign in.
Cookies and personal data
The session cookie holds a random code, not information about you. Which personal data we do process, and for how long we keep it, is set out in our privacy policy. Customers will also find the arrangements in the data processing agreement, downloadable from their own environment.
Changes
If the cookies we place change, we update this page. The date at the top says when that last happened.
